The future of Jeeney A.I.

 

Although chatbots don't seem to have changed a whole lot over the last 30 years, the field of A.I. is literally teaming with ideas and expectations for the future. Personally, I have a lot of ambitions for Jeeney.

While Jeeney continues to grow, the data she collects and processes becomes more and more useful over time. Eventually Jeeney will be able to answer almost any question.

Jeeney has grown quite nicely since starting out in 2007 and it is becoming increasingly evident that there is still far more to come. In anticipation of expensive server performance upgrades and increased work load, I am looking at seperating the learning/development platform from the personality itself so that it can be used in commercial applications. Of course, Jeeney herself will remain freely accessible to the general public as I have intended from the begining.

At this point in time my primary focus is to improve Jeeney's language processing skills. I have been contemplating new methods that will improve the way she tracks a conversation as well as the details she will store in temporary memory for the course of a conversation.
